  簡(jiǎn)歷的'第一個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞就是“簡(jiǎn)”。應(yīng)屆生的簡(jiǎn)歷往往很復(fù)雜,先來(lái)張封面,接著是求職信,兩三頁(yè)的中文簡(jiǎn)歷,兩三頁(yè)的英文簡(jiǎn)歷,往往還會(huì)附加什么應(yīng)屆生就業(yè)推薦表、各種證書(shū)復(fù)印件如計(jì)算機(jī)證書(shū)、中高級(jí)口譯、托福……厚厚一疊,像讓招聘者拿到手里就覺(jué)得頭大。

  HR并不喜歡修飾花俏、長(zhǎng)篇累牘的簡(jiǎn)歷,看起來(lái)麻煩,拿在手上還嫌沉,不如直接扔掉。所以一個(gè)比較合適的簡(jiǎn)歷一般只需要1-2張紙就行:一張中文簡(jiǎn)歷、一張英文簡(jiǎn)歷。求職信的話,放在最前或最后都可以,像證書(shū)、推薦表一類(lèi)的根本不用附在后邊,面試時(shí)HR要求你帶你再帶過(guò)去就可以了。

  “簡(jiǎn)”也絕不是什么都簡(jiǎn)單,而是要有針對(duì)性。應(yīng)聘什么樣職位就列出自己這個(gè)方面的專(zhuān)長(zhǎng),學(xué)了什么,能做好什么,有什么實(shí)踐成果和創(chuàng)意設(shè)想,并能用真實(shí)有效的案例材料作為支持,就已經(jīng)足夠。重要是讓你的簡(jiǎn)歷有說(shuō)服力,俗語(yǔ)說(shuō)“酒香不怕巷子深”,在這個(gè)人人都熱衷于推銷(xiāo)自己的時(shí)代里,簡(jiǎn)單充實(shí)而不花哨的簡(jiǎn)歷反而會(huì)讓招聘者一看你的簡(jiǎn)歷,就認(rèn)為你“就是單位急需的人才”,真的沒(méi)有必要過(guò)分在封面設(shè)計(jì)和內(nèi)容的排列組合上下無(wú)用的功夫。這種真材實(shí)料的推銷(xiāo) 才能最后贏得你想要的一切。

  簡(jiǎn)歷的第二個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞就是“歷”。顧名思義,就是你自己的真實(shí)經(jīng)歷。

  真實(shí)性是第一位的,千萬(wàn)不要捏造。許多應(yīng)屆生大概在校期間也沒(méi)有認(rèn)真做過(guò)什么事情,臨到寫(xiě)簡(jiǎn)歷忽然發(fā)現(xiàn)自己什么可以給別人看的內(nèi)容都沒(méi)有,為了讓自己看上去比較有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,簡(jiǎn)歷造假竟然成了主流:明明不是優(yōu)秀干部,卻寫(xiě)上自己是;沒(méi)有去過(guò)某家公司實(shí)習(xí),非要寫(xiě)上去;或者只在公司待了幾天卻寫(xiě)成待過(guò)幾個(gè)月;還有捏造自己的外語(yǔ)或者計(jì)算機(jī)水平的。

  普通消費(fèi)者在使用商品之前是很難清楚廣告的真實(shí)性的,但是你簡(jiǎn)歷上的經(jīng)歷卻可以迅速得到驗(yàn)證。在面試時(shí),面試官會(huì)針對(duì)你的簡(jiǎn)歷的任何一個(gè)方面進(jìn)行提問(wèn),比如你的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷,一般都會(huì)問(wèn)到你在實(shí)習(xí)期間的具體工作,如果你是捏造的,你怎么來(lái)回答你沒(méi)有做過(guò)的事情?再比如你的語(yǔ)言能力,如果僅僅是“知道”就不要寫(xiě)“精通”,尤其是在外企面試,不排除你的面試官也會(huì)你所列的外語(yǔ),如果他突然用外語(yǔ)提問(wèn),你又怎么能hold住呢?
