　　申請(qǐng)人自愿申請(qǐng)西北政法大學(xué)國(guó)際教育交流項(xiàng)目辦公室對(duì)“中美3+1國(guó)際教育交流項(xiàng)目”出國(guó)留學(xué)申請(qǐng)辦理。申請(qǐng)人已知曉并接受西北政法大學(xué)國(guó)際教育交流項(xiàng)目辦公室對(duì)留學(xué)申請(qǐng)的各項(xiàng)規(guī)定，并簽訂此申請(qǐng)書。申請(qǐng)書規(guī)定如下：

　　1.當(dāng)年9月30日前申請(qǐng)項(xiàng)目管理費(fèi)4000元/人，11月1日之前申請(qǐng)的項(xiàng)目管理費(fèi)為5000元/人;

　　2.因故不能赴美留學(xué)的管理費(fèi)退費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如下：

　　A.9月1日-9月30日提出退費(fèi)申請(qǐng)的，所交項(xiàng)目管理費(fèi)全部退回;

　　B.9月30日-10月31日提出退費(fèi)申請(qǐng)的，所交項(xiàng)目管理費(fèi)50%退回;
