　　今天老師想幫助我們選擇自己喜歡的口音~(yú)~越早決定是走英音路線還是美音路線，你的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)之路就越容易走好;集中注意力練習(xí)一種語(yǔ)音，那樣才能更快達(dá)成地道英語(yǔ)的目標(biāo)哦!

　　Here are some things that we think can help you decide:

　　• Think about which accent you genuinely prefer to listen to. Choosing an accent you like will help motivate you!

　　想想自己到底更傾心于哪種口音，說(shuō)自己喜歡的口音才有動(dòng)力嘛!

　　• Which accent are you naturally better at? Don't make things harder for yourself by choosing an accent you find really difficult!

　　想想你天生更擅長(zhǎng)哪種口音?別自己給自己找麻煩喲!

　　• Do you have foreign friends from a particular country? The more you hear the accent the easier you will pick it up.

　　想想你有沒(méi)有什么外國(guó)朋友，他們是說(shuō)啥口音的?聽(tīng)得越多學(xué)起來(lái)越容易~~

　　• Do you have plans to go to either country in the future, or prefer the culture of one over another?

　　想想你將來(lái)有沒(méi)有去到哪個(gè)國(guó)家的打算，或者自己更喜歡哪國(guó)的文化?

 

　　Here's what we think are some pros and cons of each standard accent:

　　BrE

　　PRO: This is a popular and well liked accent even in America.

　　優(yōu)點(diǎn)：英音廣受歡迎，倍受喜愛(ài)，即使在美國(guó)也是哦。

　　CON: Britain is relatively small and the standard accent actually is only really spoken in the SE of England, and by actors and TV presenters!

　　缺點(diǎn)：英國(guó)相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)地域比較小，事實(shí)上標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的英音只存在于英格蘭東南部，而且都是演員們和電視主持人說(shuō)的!

　　AmE

　　PRO: The US is a large country and the standard accent is very widely spoken.

　　優(yōu)點(diǎn)：美國(guó)是個(gè)大國(guó)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的美音到處可以聽(tīng)見(jiàn)。

　　CON: It's difficult to find textbooks that actually represent natural spoken American English.

　　缺點(diǎn)：很難找到教科書(shū)是真真正正教授地道美語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)的。

 

　　決定選擇哪種口音的最好辦法就是聽(tīng)一下兩種發(fā)音啦!

　　老師們找了一些電視劇集，它們很好地體現(xiàn)了兩種口音及兩國(guó)文化，相信大家會(huì)喜歡：

　　• Shows that have a lot of American pop culture are 'Community' and 'Big Bang Theory'. A great funny American writer to check out is David Sedaris.

　　'Community'和'Big Bang Theory'展示了大量美國(guó)流行文化，而David Sedaris則是值得去品讀一下的美國(guó)幽默作家。

　　• There are some funny, imaginative shows in Britain at the moment, one is called 'The Inbetweeners' and is a realistic, humorous look at teenagers. Another is called 'Misfits' showcases a good range of accents across Britain. Nick Hornby's book 'About a Boy' is a good piece of writing in British prose.

　　當(dāng)下有些有趣的、充滿幻想色彩的英劇，其中一部叫做'The Inbetweeners'，它用現(xiàn)實(shí)而幽默的視角審視年輕人。另一部叫做'Misfits'，它展現(xiàn)了大不列顛各地的各種口音。Nick Hornby所著的'About a Boy'一書(shū)是英國(guó)散文中的佳作。
