　　2.Commencement Date: MAR.30 2006

　　開始日期：2006年3月30日

　　3.Responsibilities:

　　Your specific responsibilities have been discussed with you, and are summarized in the position description which will be provided to upon commencement.

　　4.Reporting:

　　You will report directly to National Sales Manager.

　　匯報(bào)：您將直接向全國(guó)銷售經(jīng)理匯報(bào)。

　　5.Salary:

　　RMB 13500/month(Gross salary pre-tax)per month paid on a 13-month basis per year after confirmation.

　　A review of your salary will take place in MAY each year.

　　薪金：

　　您將每年獲得13個(gè)月的基本薪金，每月的薪金為稅前13500元。

　　每年5月我們將對(duì)您的薪酬水平進(jìn)行回顧和調(diào)整。

　　6.Annual Leave:

　　You will be entitled to annual leave in accordance with the company policy.

　　年假：根據(jù)公司規(guī)定，您將會(huì)享有公司的年假。

　　7.Social Insurance and Housing Fund:

　　You will be entitled to social insurance benefits in accordance with Chinese Labour Law.

　　社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)：根據(jù)中國(guó)的相關(guān)勞動(dòng)法規(guī)，公司將為您辦理國(guó)家規(guī)定的社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)福利。

　　8.Medical Scheme:

　　You will be enrolled in our company medical scheme classified as staff.

　　醫(yī)療計(jì)劃：根據(jù)公司的制度，您將享受公司的醫(yī)療報(bào)銷福利。

　　9.Accident and Life Insurance:

　　You will be enrolled in an accident and life insurance scheme upon appointment.

　　意外和人身保險(xiǎn)：根據(jù)公司的制度，從入職當(dāng)天起，您將參與公司的意外與人身保險(xiǎn)計(jì)劃。

　　10.Probationary Period:

　　The probationary period is 3 months from commencement date.

　　試用期：從入職日起計(jì)算，前三個(gè)月是您的試用期。

　　11.Contract Period:

　　The contract period is three years from commencement date.

　　合同期：合同期為三年，從入職第一天開始計(jì)算。

　　12.Hours of Work:

　　Flexible working schedule according to business requirement.

　　根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)需求實(shí)行彈性工作制。

　　13.Pre-employment medical check-up:

　　Your employment is subject to passing a pre- employment medical check-up at company appointed hospital. The expenses will be reimbursed by our Company after commencement date. If the medical check-up result shows your health condition cannot meet the requirements of labor law or our company, the offer letter will be cancelled immediately without any compensation.

　　入職前醫(yī)療檢查：

　　每位準(zhǔn)員工在入職前必須通過(guò)公司指定的醫(yī)院的醫(yī)療檢查。體檢合格后回公司報(bào)銷所有相關(guān)費(fèi)用。如體檢證明不符合勞動(dòng)法或公司所要求的勞動(dòng)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，此聘任書即時(shí)取消，且公司將不作出任何補(bǔ)償。 We look forward to welcoming you to our company.
