　　(一)確定論文提要，再加進(jìn)材料，形成全文的概要

　　論文提要是內(nèi)容提綱的雛型。一般書、教學(xué)參考書都有反映全書內(nèi)容的提要，以便讀者一翻提要就知道書的大概內(nèi)容。我們寫論文也需要先寫出論文提要。在執(zhí)筆前把論文的題目和大標(biāo)題、小標(biāo)題列出來，再把選用的材料插進(jìn)去，就形成了論文內(nèi)容的提要。

　　(二)原稿紙頁(yè)數(shù)的分配

　　寫好畢業(yè)論文的提要之后，要根據(jù)論文的內(nèi)容考慮篇幅的`長(zhǎng)短，文章的各個(gè)部分，大體上要寫多少字。如計(jì)劃寫20頁(yè)原稿紙(每頁(yè)300字)的論文，考慮序論用1頁(yè)，本論用17頁(yè)，結(jié)論用1—2頁(yè)。本論部分再進(jìn)行分配，如本論共有四項(xiàng)，可以第一項(xiàng)3—4頁(yè)，第二項(xiàng)用4—5頁(yè)，第三項(xiàng)3—4頁(yè)，第四項(xiàng)6—7頁(yè)。有這樣的分配，便于資料的配備和安排，寫作能更有計(jì)劃。畢業(yè)論文的長(zhǎng)短一般規(guī)定為5000—6000字，因?yàn)檫^短，問題很難講透，而作為畢業(yè)論文也不宜過長(zhǎng)，這是一般大專、本科學(xué)生的理論基礎(chǔ)、實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)所決定的。
