論我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展構(gòu)想
摘要：開(kāi)放與市場(chǎng)，特別是證券市場(chǎng)，對(duì)我國(guó)城市體制改革和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的發(fā)展具有重要的作用。近年來(lái)，我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)有了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展，但由于起步較晚，在發(fā)展中也暴露出了不少。本文著重從我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀入手，剖析證券市場(chǎng)存在的主要問(wèn)題，并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了證券市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展構(gòu)想。Abstract：Opening and developing the financial market, especially the stock market will play a very important role in the reform of the city economic system and the development of the socialist market economic system. In the past few years, stock market has been developing vigorously in China, but many problems are exposed in the course of its development because of late starting.
