Mission: Guarantee test equipment running in well condition (hardware and software).

1. Ensure test equipment running in good condition.

2. According to test requirement, design and provide equipment and tools for test.

3. Test equipment upgrade and assist maintenance.

4. Compile and modify relative test instruction timely according to product requirements.

5. Failure analysis and correcting action.

6. Administration spare part and record its quantity and using situation.

7. Seriously implement position operational rules and ensure security based on national and local EHS related laws and regulation, Siemens headquarters and SEDL' procedures.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Master degree or above in automation engineering and mechanical engineering.

2. Experience in computer operating and good English/German.

3. Have VB, Lab-windows knowledge.

4. Good command of English, CET6.

5. Familiarize applicable safety, health and environmental law and requirements.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Identification of product portfolio and market offering needs for specific sales channels in AP.

2. Provide segment specific competitor information.

3. Tailor, localize and complement HQ market segment offerings to A/P needs (e.g. marketing material, tender and specification

4. Provide localized marcom material, sales initiatives and pull marketing. Support regional customer events if required.

5. Support system and product roll-outs to sales channels.

6. Provide hands-on implementation support to regional companies in implementing partner programs.

7. Accomplish best practice sharing.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. 2+ year working experience or research in the HVAC industry (project/consulting engineer, mechanical contractor, product/solution manufacturing company)

1+ years working experience in marketing management or product management

2. Product and industry

Knows systems & products for building automation as well as HVAC applications.

3. Market and customer

Understand HVAC market, channels, influencers, end-customers, competitors.

4. Marketing

Know marketing frameworks and methods

5. Language

Know how to structure and formulate documents and to effectively communicate in English language.

6. Customer focus

Know how to cooperate with internal clients to reach "buy in" and to reach customer satisfaction.
