電話面試英語口語問題
很多外企在當(dāng)面的面試之前會(huì)有一個(gè)電話英語面試，時(shí)間一般在20~30分鐘左右，用以核實(shí)求職者的背景和英文表達(dá)力。新東方求職面試英語研究專家馮老師建議，求職者在投遞簡歷以后要做好各種充分的準(zhǔn)備。
準(zhǔn)備幾個(gè)基本問題 如果你提前知道了電話面試的時(shí)間，則可以在面試時(shí)把簡歷、coverletter放在你旁邊的桌子上，直接運(yùn)用里面的句子回答問題。一些基本的問題，你可以事先準(zhǔn)備好答案。通常，在電話英語面試的時(shí)候會(huì)提道：
Please tell me something unreflected at yourC.V./about yourself/your experience/your activities.談?wù)勀愫啔v中沒有提及的一些事情/談?wù)勀阕约?你的經(jīng)歷/你參與的活動(dòng)。
An example of team work.舉出一個(gè)你參與團(tuán)體合作的例子。
Why do you choose this position?你為什么選擇這個(gè)職位。
Why should we hire you?為什么我們應(yīng)該雇用你? 開放式討論如In formationTechnology(信息技術(shù))或者the role of university in society(大學(xué)的社會(huì)角色)等，主要考查求職者的思維方式。
自由提問。求職者可以事先準(zhǔn)備一些問題去詢問面試官。
聽不清時(shí)怎么辦
如果有話語沒有聽清楚，求職者不必緊張，可以鎮(zhèn)定地請(qǐng)求再說一遍。可以用到的句子： 字串8 pardon?請(qǐng)?jiān)僬f一遍 Would you please simplify the question?您能把這個(gè)問題說得簡單些嗎?
Would you please say iti nother words?您能用別的話來表達(dá)您的意思嗎?
Would you please speak a little bit louder?I can not hear you clearly.您說話聲音能大一點(diǎn)好嗎?我聽不清楚。
如何應(yīng)對(duì)突襲電話面試 當(dāng)你正在球場或者公交車上突然接到了面試電話，此時(shí)沒有任何準(zhǔn)備，建議你首先試探看看是否可以給你個(gè)準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間稍后再進(jìn)行電話面試�？梢杂玫降木渥樱�
May I call you back half an hour l ater?May I have your phone number and recall you? 如果可以贏得時(shí)間，你應(yīng)該馬上趕回去，攤開資料寫出一個(gè)提綱，從容應(yīng)答。如果對(duì)方不同意推遲時(shí)間，你應(yīng)該馬上找個(gè)安靜的地方坐下來開始回答。

1.Prepare yourself for the call as you would for a face-to-face interview.
你怎么準(zhǔn)備“面對(duì)面”面試的，就怎么準(zhǔn)備電話面試。
2.Choose a quiet place to take the call, with no risk of interruption or background noise.
找一個(gè)安靜的地方接受電話面試，確保不會(huì)被打斷，也不要有背景雜音。
3.Pay as much attention to listening as to speaking.
聽清楚問題和好好回答問題一樣重要。
4.Call from a landline to minimise the chance of interference or lost connection.
用固定電話進(jìn)行電話面試，以避免發(fā)生信號(hào)中斷或信號(hào)干擾。
5.Take things slowly –there is no need to rush.
慢慢來，沒有什么事需要你急著去做的。
Don't:
你不應(yīng)該這么做：
1.Do something else while talking on the phone –give the call your full attention.
邊打電話邊做其他事情——你應(yīng)該專心致志地進(jìn)行電話面試。
2.Fail to take the interview seriously –it's your opportunity to make a good impression.
不把電話面試當(dāng)回事 ——這是你給招聘人留下好印象的機(jī)會(huì)。
3.Forget to listen and respond to the interviewer's questions.
忘記認(rèn)真聆聽提問，也不記得回答面試官的問題。
4.Portray a poor telephone manner –remember, you are trying to impress.
不注重電話禮儀——記住，你要想著給面試官留下好印象。
5.Exhibit a lack of enthusiasm –the interviewer expects to hear that you want this job.
表現(xiàn)出興趣缺缺的樣子——面試官希望聽到的是，你非�？释@份工作。
