個(gè)人資料
1)名稱，有四種寫(xiě)法：Personal, Personal Information, Other Information, Additional Information。無(wú)論是教育背景、工作經(jīng)歷，還是個(gè)人資料，既可以首字母大寫(xiě)，也可以全部字母大寫(xiě)，還可以全部字母小寫(xiě)。另外，名稱可以寫(xiě)在最左側(cè)，也可居中。
2)語(yǔ)言，有幾個(gè)層次。“Native speaker of”指母語(yǔ);從嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)慕嵌戎v，“Fluent in”顯得更流利“English as working language”顯得不非常流利，但可信度更高;“Some knowledge of”會(huì)一些，沒(méi)有把握的千萬(wàn)別寫(xiě)。在面試中，語(yǔ)言是最輕松的、最容易被測(cè)試的，一旦被考倒，他會(huì)認(rèn)為你在撒謊，甚至認(rèn)為通篇都有很多撒謊的地方。
3)電腦，如果幾個(gè)軟件，有的熟練，有的熟悉，建議只寫(xiě)軟件名。完全沒(méi)把握的，一點(diǎn)兒不熟悉的，千萬(wàn)不要寫(xiě)。不要以為沒(méi)有電腦，就不會(huì)考你，他也會(huì)考你一兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵用法。如果真的用的很多，不妨用“Frequent user of”。
4)資格證書(shū)，最需要注意的是，有些人將注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師籠統(tǒng)地翻譯成CPA，但全世界各國(guó)都有自己CPA，有些是互不承認(rèn)的，所以一定要寫(xiě)上國(guó)別，寫(xiě)明考取年份。TOEFL、GRE和GMAT，我們建議都不寫(xiě)，因?yàn)橐话阃馄蠊静辉敢夤陀煤芸炀鸵鰢?guó)的人。
5)興趣愛(ài)好
�、駥�(xiě)強(qiáng)項(xiàng)。弱的一定不要寫(xiě)，面試人員說(shuō)不定對(duì)哪個(gè)項(xiàng)目感興趣，有時(shí)會(huì)跟你聊兩句，一旦是你的弱項(xiàng)，很尷尬的，顯出窘態(tài)，喪失自信，這對(duì)你是很不利的。更重要的是，他會(huì)覺(jué)得你在撒謊。
�、蛞獙�(xiě)也只寫(xiě)兩到三項(xiàng)。因?yàn)闃O少有人在很多方面都很強(qiáng)。當(dāng)然，確實(shí)有的人七八樣都玩得挺好的，但一般人不相信個(gè)人的強(qiáng)項(xiàng)有特別多，所以你也沒(méi)必要寫(xiě)那么多，以免給人輕浮的感覺(jué)。
�、蟛痪唧w的愛(ài)好不寫(xiě)，如sports、music、reading。大家不知道你喜好什么，或者讓大家覺(jué)得你根本就沒(méi)有真正的愛(ài)好，更糟糕的是，人們會(huì)認(rèn)為你的寫(xiě)作水平很差。
�、襞e幾個(gè)用詞。如travel，如果你喜歡旅行，而有些工作需要經(jīng)常出差，那么你寫(xiě)上travel是非常有利的;有些女性寫(xiě)上cooking，是很實(shí)事求是的，也給人以踏實(shí)的感覺(jué)，對(duì)于象秘書(shū)這樣的職位，總是有好處的。
