【摘  要】：培養(yǎng)良好個性是音樂教學改革與發(fā)展中的重要課題。在音樂教學中，藝術修養(yǎng)的積淀是培養(yǎng)良好個性的基石，音樂教師的個性魅力是培養(yǎng)學生良好個性的榜樣，音樂課堂教學是培養(yǎng)良好個性的主渠道，豐富的音樂實踐活動是培養(yǎng)良好個性的基地。

【Abstract】：It is reform in education of the music and developing important subject to train the good individual character. In music teaching, the accumulation of artistic accomplishment is a foundation stone of training the good individual character ; The music teachers individual character glamour is a model who trains students good individual character ; The music classroom instruction is a main channel of training the good individual character ; The abundant music practice activity is the base to train the good individual character .
