論鋼琴演奏中的心理放松

［摘要］演奏過(guò)程中是否做到放松是衡量演奏藝術(shù)水平高低的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。放松可分為生理放松和心理放松，心理放松是放松的高級(jí)階段，要使演奏水平的提高達(dá)到質(zhì)的飛躍，做到心理放松是最關(guān)鍵的。本文通過(guò)探討影響心理放松的因素以及怎樣做到心理放松，希望能夠引起音樂(lè)愛(ài)好者、鋼琴學(xué)習(xí)者和鋼琴?gòu)慕陶叩淖銐蛑匾�，使鋼琴演奏者的演奏水平有著質(zhì)的提高。

Abstract ： Whether in the performance process achieves relaxes is weighs the performance art horizontal height the important standard. This article the factor which relaxes through the discussion influence psychology as well as how achieves the psychology to relax, hoped can cause music amateur, the piano learner and the piano enough takes from teaching, enable the piano performers performance level to have the archery target enhancement.
