新時期國有企業(yè)思想政治工作的挑戰(zhàn)和對策
摘要：做好新時期國有企業(yè)思想政治工作，不僅關系到職工隊伍的***穩(wěn)定與企業(yè)發(fā)展，而且關系到社會的***穩(wěn)定和社會經濟的發(fā)展。本文分析了當前國有企業(yè)思想政治工作面臨的挑戰(zhàn)，并從加強國有企業(yè)思想政治工作隊伍建設、創(chuàng)新思想政治工作等方面提出了對策。關鍵詞：國有企業(yè)思想政治工作挑戰(zhàn)對策
Abstract:Completes the new time state?owned enterprise thought political work,not only relates the staff troop the harmony to stabilize with the enterprise develops,moreover relates the society the harmony stable and the social economy development.This article has analyzed the challenge which the current state?owned enterprise thought political work faces,and constructed,aspects and so on innovation thought political work from the enhancement state?owned enterprise thought political work troop proposed the countermeasure.
