加入WTO對我國公司理財?shù)挠绊?BR>
摘要：隨著我國加入WTO，全球經(jīng)濟1體化以及中國資本與外國資本的交融與跨國流動，對于我國公司理財，這既是1個機遇,又是1個嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)。財務(wù)則由計劃經(jīng)濟條件下的適應(yīng)型、服務(wù)型搖身1變?yōu)橹鲗?dǎo)型、控制型財務(wù)，而公司理財對企業(yè)來說越來越重要。本文對加入WTO給我國公司理財在整體行業(yè)、市場競爭、市場風(fēng)險變化、人力資源競爭等等影響進行客觀、理性的分析，從戰(zhàn)略角度出發(fā)，論述我國公司理財應(yīng)該在理財觀念和理財戰(zhàn)略上的轉(zhuǎn)變，從戰(zhàn)術(shù)角度出發(fā)，論述面對加入WTO帶來的挑戰(zhàn)應(yīng)采取的具體對策。

Chinas accession to the WTO on the impact of financial companies
Abstract: With Chinas accession to the WTO and globalization of the world economy and Chinas capital and foreign capital with a blend of cross-border flows, For my company management, this is an opportunity that is a serious challenge. Finance from a planned economy to adapt to the type of service-oriented suddenly, the type of financial control, and the company of financial enterprises are increasingly important. In this paper, the accession to the WTO to Chinese companies in the overall financial management industry, market competition, changes in market risk, the competitiveness of human resources and so on impact objective, rational analysis, from the strategic perspective, discussed our financial companies should manage financial and strategic change, from a tactical perspective, entry into the WTO discussed the challenges to be taken specific measures.
