Abstract:The strategy risk management is the comprehensive risk management important constituent.The comprehensive risk management formulates the science reasonable strategy plan foundation,constructs the comprehensive risk management system also is to the risk management strategic plan.Constructs the comprehensive risk management system the goal is enhances the negotiable securities company risk management ability,adapts the service development and the strategic plan goal request.The strategy risk management is to the strategic risk continually recognition,the appraisal and should to,carry on the strategic disposition to the economical capital,promotes the negotiable securities corporate business strategy plan goal smooth realization.
