民營中小企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展與制度創(chuàng)新
文章內(nèi)容：摘要:民營中小企業(yè)是我國民營企業(yè)的主體,是一個具有特殊表征的新興群體,其發(fā)展狀況直接影響到我國經(jīng)濟未來的總體競爭力。通過計算生產(chǎn)函數(shù)對制度函數(shù)一階導(dǎo)數(shù)、二階導(dǎo)數(shù),并對其進行分析,結(jié)果表明制度因素對民營中小企業(yè)的經(jīng)營發(fā)展有著深刻的影響,制度環(huán)境的改善將使我國民營中小企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營得到極大改善。為此,我國民營中小企業(yè)制度創(chuàng)新的戰(zhàn)略路徑安排是:培育企業(yè)家精神、進行產(chǎn)權(quán)制度創(chuàng)新、健全企業(yè)運行機制、改善企業(yè)經(jīng)營的外部制度環(huán)境。

Abstract:Privately-ownedsmallandmedium-sizedbusinessesarethemainbodyinprivate-ownedbusinessesinChinaandane-merginggroupwithspecialcharacteristics,anditsstateofdevelopmenthasadirectimpactontheoverallcompetitivenessoftheChineseeconomyinthefuture.Bycalculatingfirst-orderandsecond-orderderivativesofproductionfunctiontoinstitutionfunctionandanalyzingtheresults,itisindicatedthatinstitutionalfactorhasadeepimpactontheoperationanddevelopmentofprivately-ownedsmallandmedium-sizedbusinesses,andthatimprovementininstitutionalenvironmentwillgreatlyimprovetheirproductionandoperation.Forthisreason,thestrategicpatharrangementforinstitutionalinno-vationinprivately-ownedsmallandmedium-sizedbusinessesinChinais:cultivatingentrepreneurship,carryingoutpropertyrightinnovation,perfectingoperatingmechanismofenterprises,andimprovingtheexternalinstitutionalenvi-ronmentforenterpriseoperation.
